We are currently seeking PhD, PsyD and EdD Psychologists and Therapists, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team of mental health professionals. Applicants may reside anywhere in the United States but must hold an active license in the state of Pennsylvania.
At Optimum Care Counseling, our mission is to help every client discover their personal strengths, gain insight into life’s challenges, and feel more confident in their path forward. We’re a 100% virtual practice, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to clients of all ages (children, teens, adults, and seniors) through secure telehealth sessions.

Type: Part-time, 1099 Contract
Schedule: Flexible hours Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
Commitment: Minimum of 15–20 hours per week
Location: Remote (work from your home office)
Compensation: Based on licensure and experience
We provide all the tools and administrative support you need to focus on what you do best, helping clients. Our advanced electronic health records (EHR) system includes an integrated telehealth platform that makes documentation and virtual sessions seamless.

Provide individual therapy sessions to children, teens, adults, and older adults
Help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychoanalytic therapy
Create and follow personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other care providers
Complete all documentation accurately and on time
Complete paid EHR training (10–15 hours, depending on experience)

Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
Active Pennsylvania license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
3–5 years of experience in counseling or therapy
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Experience in one or more of the following: CBT, DBT, EMDR
Prior private practice experience preferred, but not required
