Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions, LLC (“OCC”)
Welcome to Optimum Care Counseling’s website. By using this site or receiving services from OCC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before scheduling or engaging in services.
1. Purpose of Services
Optimum Care Counseling provides virtual and in-person mental health services, including therapy, psychiatric care, and evaluations. All services are offered by licensed mental health professionals in compliance with state and federal laws.
OCC’s website provides general information about our services and should not be considered medical advice. Always speak with a qualified provider for professional guidance specific to your situation.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or directly with our administrative team. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive confirmation and reminders by email or text message.
You are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions and notifying OCC of any changes or cancellations.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be rescheduled. However, missed or late-canceled appointments affect both your care and other patients’ access to services.
Our policy is as follows:
Late Cancellation Fee: $40.00 (if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time)
Missed Appointment / No-Call No-Show Fee: $50.00
These fees are not covered by insurance and must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from services.

4. Payment and Insurance
OCC accepts select insurance plans and private-pay options. Patients are responsible for verifying coverage, paying co-pays, and covering any non-insured costs. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
All payments are processed securely through approved billing systems. OCC does not store credit card information directly on its website.
5. Telehealth Services
OCC provides virtual sessions using secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms. You must have a stable internet connection, a private environment, and access to a device with video and audio capability.
By using OCC’s telehealth services, you acknowledge that while we take every precaution to protect your privacy, no online platform can guarantee 100% security.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. OCC follows all HIPAA regulations and keeps your personal and health information confidential. For details on how we collect and protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Optimum Care Counseling is not responsible for any technical issues, service interruptions, or external website links. The information on our website is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.
8. Changes to These Terms
OCC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
