Erin
Erin Carter serves as the Administrative Director at Optimum Care Counseling, where she is dedicated to building strong systems, supporting providers, and creating an environment where both patients and the OCC team can thrive. She oversees daily administrative operations, provider scheduling and coordination, staff onboarding, credentialing, licensing, compliance, insurance, and billing processes.
Erin also plays an important role in the patient experience, helping address concerns with empathy and professionalism while ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and valued. Through collaboration, training, and a commitment to high standards of care, she helps strengthen OCC's team culture and the systems that allow the practice to grow.
